ExoBrain stores household workspace data locally on the beta server so it can provide the service.

Data We Process

We process account details, household profile settings, uploaded files, chat content, feedback, privacy export requests, and operational records needed to run the beta.

Use Of Data

Data is used to authenticate users, operate the household assistant, enforce quotas, troubleshoot issues, and provide privacy/export/deletion workflows.

Uploaded Document Processing

When you upload a document or image, ExoBrain may process the file and associated metadata to provide the feature you requested. Processing may include reading embedded text, performing OCR on images or scanned PDFs, extracting an excerpt, classifying the document type, summarizing relevant content, and creating or updating a managed household document.

This processing is performed to organize and file your uploaded materials inside your household workspace. If ExoBrain cannot determine the appropriate classification or filing details with sufficient confidence, it may ask you for clarification instead of filing the document automatically.

Controls

You can request privacy exports and account deletion from the signed-in app. The beta operator can help if those controls are unavailable.

Security

Access is invite-only and authenticated. Beta operation may still change while reliability and privacy workflows are being hardened.
